Fixed fees where possible
For defined work — incorporations, trademark filings, standard contracts — we quote fixed fees agreed in writing before we start. No hourly surprises.

Some matters can wait a week. Others cannot. We say so honestly, and we hold ourselves to the timelines we agree.

Client information is handled with the highest standards of security and discretion — both because the law requires it and because trust is the foundation of the relationship.

Intellectual property — trademark prosecution from filing through hearing and renewal; copyright and design registration; patent advisory; IP enforcement and infringement matters.
Contracts — drafting, vetting, and negotiating commercial contracts across procurement, distribution, services, employment, and shareholder arrangements.
Regulatory & compliance — GST, MSME, FSSAI, IEC, Shops & Establishment, ISO certifications, and ongoing statutory compliance for operating businesses.
Dispute resolution — commercial litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation negotiation, with a focus on early settlement where it serves the client's interest.
