We hire for judgement, curiosity, and the discipline to do work that holds up under scrutiny. Qualifications matter, but they are the floor, not the ceiling.
We work on a wide mix of matters across corporate, IP, contracts, compliance, and disputes. That breadth means there's always something new to learn and no two weeks look the same. The trade-off is that we expect people to think carefully, ask questions, and own their work, including the parts that are uncomfortable to surface.
