What we look for
Lawyers, not technicians.
We hire for judgement, curiosity, and the discipline to do work that holds up under scrutiny — qualifications matter, but they're the floor, not the ceiling.
We work on a wide mix of matters across corporate, IP, contracts, compliance, and disputes. That breadth means there's always something new to learn and no two weeks look the same. The trade-off is that we expect people to think carefully, ask questions, and own their work — including the parts that are uncomfortable to surface.

You should always know how you're doing and what would make you better. We give feedback often, plainly, and in both directions — we expect to receive it too.

Long hours happen — particularly around filings and hearings — but we don't perform busyness. If the work is done, the day is done.

We support continuing education, professional memberships, and time spent on conferences and bar work. Growing the team's expertise is part of the firm's job.

We operate across Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Indore. Where you sit is a function of where the work is and what suits your life — we're flexible.
